Join Master Breathwork facilitators Chris Sulfa of Align Breathwork and Michelle Dyball of Harmonise The Breath in this transformative experience. You will be guided through a powerful breathwork session designed to help release suppressed emotions, heal trauma and promote inner healing. You will engage in activities to build trust and vulnerability, whilst fostering genuine connections with a like-minded community.
Sara of Light Alchemy will take you through a sacred cacao ceremony, and conclude the breathwork journey with the healing vibrations of sound, including the shamanic drum, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp and more.
