Awareness Through the Body (ATB) is a playful way to connect with body, breath and senses. Through simple movement, stillness, and guided exercises, to support deeper self-connection. You’ll explore how awareness lives in the body, helping you find calm, clarity, and presence. What you experience is unique - there’s no right or wrong. Open to all bodies and levels of experience. Come as you are.
It’s also just heaps of fun, energising, and full of laughter! Try it for yourself!
