Hosted by the Heart Foundation and using expert trainers from Heart of the Nation, these free information sessions aim to increase awareness about what is a cardiac arrest and provide education on how to respond effectively in real life situations with two crucial skills - CPR and the use of a defibrillator.

We want to increase community confidence to ensure that individuals become active first responders in these life threatening emergencies. The knowledge and skills you will gain could help save a life!
