Tyrrell's legendary wines will accompany a stunning seafood menu at Sydney Seaplanes Lounge (formerly The Empire Lounge).
Tyrrell's is one of Australia’s most iconic wineries, with a history dating back over 160 years. Famed for its pioneering Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz wines, Tyrrell's helped establish the Hunter as one of Australia’s, and indeed the world’s, greatest winegrowing regions.
Wines to be enjoyed during the dinner include a 2016 sparkling wine to start, two 2018 Semillons, the renowned Vat 47 Chardonnay, and the Vat 9 Shiraz.
Befitting such a legendary range of wines, Sydney Seaplanes Lounge's exciting Head Chef, Natali Mikailoğlu, has curated a superb 4-course seafood menu comprising the freshest oysters, prawns and swordfish, and concluding with a cheese platter featuring specially selected hard and soft cheeses.
