PROFILE 2025: JMGA-NSW Contemporary Jewellery and Object Award

Australian Design Centre and JMGA-NSW present PROFILE 2025, the JMGA-NSW Contemporary Jewellery and Object Award. This biennial exhibition showcases the diversity of practice across contemporary jewellery and object design with over 107 finalists contending for four major awards. 

A selection of Profile artists will speak about their work during the tours on the below dates.

• 10 April: Birgit Schubert-Kingcott, Fiona Knox, Ynja Bjornsson

Robert Foster Metal Prize

Australian Design Centre and Craft + Design Canberra present the 2024 Robert Foster Metal Prize. The award celebrates excellence in the field of contemporary Australian metal work, honouring the legacy of Robert Foster and the significant contribution to Australian design. 

Jeff McCann: Play

In Object Space on William Street is an exhibition of work by Jeff McCann. Play showcases a cardboard fabrication technique that spans art, design, fashion and craft by experimenting with the materials to make wearable pieces. Australian Design Centre presents this exhibition in celebration of the 2025 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
