Sunday Studio: Abstract watercolour

Experiment with colour and shapes to develop an abstract artwork, inspired by themes of perception and reality present in our major winter exhibition Hiroshi Sugimoto: Time Machine.

Led by an MCA artist educator, this session will focus on drawing and watercolour technique creating form and composition using repetition. No experience is required, and all materials are provided.

About Sunday Studio

A relaxed monthly session for all levels to try a range of contemporary art-making materials, techniques, and processes. Each month is led by a different MCA artist educator, introducing a variety of activities in an enjoyable, social atmosphere. Bring a friend, get hands-on and try something new. Suitable for all experience levels.
