• On the table - Artesian bread rolls with whipped truffle butter - Sparkling wine on arrival

• Entrée (alternate serve) - Chilled king prawns, blood orange & fennel salad, lime aioli OR - Pork belly, apple compote, baby herbs & citrus salad, wholegrain mustard vinaigrette

• Main course - Christmas turkey and maple glazed ham, cranberry sauce, Yorkshire pudding, sage gravy, stuffing

• To share on the table - Roasted potatoes, green beans, baby Dutch carrots, baby onions
