We’re super excited to bring you a one-of-a-kind food and wine experience featuring Chef Kim (formerly Head Chef at Sake in the Rocks) from Cho Cho San, and Chef Choi (senior role under Chef Hamish Ingham of Bar H & Banksii) at Callao Restaurant

Together, they’re merging cutting-edge Tokyo vibes with bold Nikkei fusion, all perfectly paired with local wines curated by Shun Eto of Nama Wines.

Cho Cho San, nestled in Sydney’s Potts Point, offers a true taste of Tokyo with its inventive Izakaya-inspired dishes and sleek, minimalist design. "Fast and friendly, smooth and stylish, it's perfect for sharing over drinks." — Gourmet Traveller

Elevating the evening is Nama Wines, an emerging label founded in 2021 by sommelier Shun Eto, in collaboration with winemakers Alex McKay and Emma Shaw from Collector Wines. Rooted in the cool climate of NSW, Nama is all about "Less is More" winemaking, emphasising minimal intervention and sustainability.

This dynamic collaboration promises an exclusive menu that celebrates bold flavours, vibrant energy, and the best of Japanese cuisine, Nikkei fusion, and exceptional local wines.
